Traveling alone can be a great way of going on vacations, though is good to have a few tips about where you are visiting.

Here are a few tips on traveling on your own to one of the most amazing and visited places of the world: Greece.
Just watch out for your pockets. Athens is a pretty and generally safe town with a population of almost 5 million. There are some normal and pretty much obvious concerns you should take, if traveling alone, but they have more to do with common sense than with this being Athens in particular.
You should pay special attention to pick pocketing in metro lines or long queues; and of course there are a number of areas that a tourist should have nothing to do in so definitely shouldn’t be around of, like Omonia Square or Metaxourgeio– just keep them in mind in case a stranger suggests visiting one of them.
On the different islands security is, again, a matter of common sense. There is a lot of partying and you’re probably going to be involved in it, so the basics: don’t take drinks or stuff from people you don’t know or trust, don’t go to ATM machines at night alone (or if you must be very careful), don’t go partying with all your documents and/or money, try not to get so drunk that you can get a hold of yourself, etc.
The Greek islands are generally a safe place. Just focus on having fun and a great time, use your common sense and you’ll be all right.
Hi girl, are you alone?
Again, Greece is a perfectly fine tourism destination to go for a woman traveling alone.
There are high chances that local Greek men are going to kindly approach you and try to make conversation or maybe buy you a drink. Normally, if you’re not into it, they should kindly go away and you shouldn’t have any kind of trouble.
If you’d like to feel that little extra safeness that traveling in packs gives, you can always look for a group of both girls and boys packers, and just try to connect and make friends with them. It can also give you lifelong friendships.
