m/s Erato – Rent a yacht

A Traditional Wooden Yacht for a Larger Private Group
There is a different feeling to discovering the Greek islands when everyone travels together. The same yacht carries your group from one coastline to the next, mornings begin beside the sea, and each new harbour becomes another chapter of the same journey.
Aboard M/S Erato, up to 19 guests can share that experience on a traditional wooden motor sailer with warm mahogany interiors, an air-conditioned saloon and bar, and generous outdoor areas for spending time together. The forward deck offers space for enjoying the sun, while the shaded aft deck creates a natural setting for dining and relaxing outdoors. A professional crew of four looks after life on board. Current charter sources continue to support a maximum capacity of 19 guests.
The pleasure of the journey extends beyond the yacht itself. Days can move between open water, time by the coast and Greek island harbours, while evenings bring the opportunity to step ashore and experience another side of island life. Snorkelling equipment, a tender and other recreational equipment add possibilities along the way.
For families, friends or other private groups, the result is a journey in which Greece does not have to be packed and unpacked each morning. Your surroundings keep changing while your yacht remains home.

A Typical Day Aboard
Here is how a typical day on board might unfold.
Around 08:00, the yacht leaves the harbour as breakfast is prepared by the chef and served en route. Near lunchtime, the yacht pauses in a bay for a swim. Meanwhile, the chef prepares lunch, which is served on board before the journey continues toward the evening’s port.
By early evening, you arrive at one of the ports included in your itinerary and settle in for the night. Step ashore and wander through the island’s lanes, waterfront and hidden corners at your own pace. Later, choose one of the traditional Greek tavernas for dinner. If you wish, the evening can continue with a drink, music and a taste of Greek island nightlife.
The yacht offers accommodation in seven cabins, all with en suite facilities. Outside, the cushioned forward area invites you to stretch out in the sun, while the shaded aft deck provides a welcoming setting for alfresco dining.
Erato can be chartered by families or groups of friends of up to 19 persons. Charter is the freedom to choose where you want to go and when. We will discuss with you the ideal itinerary, which allows you to make the most of your time on board as well as exploring the various Greek Islands you wish to visit.
