Frequently Asked Questions About Our Greece Tour Packages

Our ready-made Greece tour packages are carefully planned itineraries that provide a clear and convenient starting point for your journey. Options include Athens city breaks, classical tours of mainland Greece, Greek island-hopping packages, winter escapes, wellness stays and special-interest journeys.

Start by considering the experiences you value most. You can filter our tours by travel style, including culture and mythology, first-time visits to Greece, relaxation, special interests and active travel, or sun, sea and island life. You can then compare destinations, duration, pace and included services.

It depends on the package. Some tours include guided sightseeing, licensed guides and organized coach excursions. Others are mostly independent, with hotels, transfers and transportation arranged while you explore each destination at your own pace. Always check the itinerary and “Included” section of the individual tour.

Many itineraries can be adjusted according to your available time, preferred destinations and travel style. Depending on the package, we may be able to change the number of nights, add or remove destinations, upgrade accommodation or arrange extra excursions. Fixed cruise dates, shared tours and scheduled services may offer less flexibility.

Inclusions vary between programs. Depending on the tour, your package may include accommodation, breakfasts, private or shared transfers, ferry tickets, guided sightseeing, entrance fees, selected meals and domestic transportation. The individual tour page and your final quotation will clearly state what is included and excluded.

International flights to and from Greece are normally not included unless they are specifically listed. Some itineraries may include a domestic flight within Greece, such as a flight between Crete and Athens. Your personalized offer will confirm all included transportation before booking.

Yes, but availability depends on the tour. Some Athens and mainland programs operate throughout the year. Island-hopping packages generally operate from spring to autumn, while specially designed winter tours may run from October to April. Packages containing a scheduled yacht cruise may depart only on specific days.

A “starting from” price is an indicative rate, usually calculated per person sharing a double or twin room during a particular travel period. The final price may change according to season, hotel availability, room category, transportation costs, number of travellers and any requested adjustments. A single-room supplement normally applies to solo occupancy.

Yes. Many packages can be arranged for individual travellers, couples, families, groups of friends and private groups. Solo travellers should expect a single-room supplement, while groups may receive separate payment conditions or specially adapted services.

Hotel standards vary by itinerary and destination. Packages may use two-star, three-star, four-star or five-star hotels, and the proposed hotel may be replaced by a property of a similar standard when necessary. The exact accommodation category and arrangements will be shown in the tour description and final offer.

The Greek Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is generally not included unless specifically stated. It is imposed per room or apartment and per day of use. The applicable amount can depend on the accommodation category and period, so it should be confirmed in the final offer or directly with the accommodation.

Ferry, cruise and land arrangements may occasionally change because of weather, transportation changes or other extraordinary circumstances. Avoid arranging inflexible activities on major transportation days. The final itinerary, included services and applicable conditions are confirmed in your package contract.

Send us your preferred travel dates, number of travellers, trip length and any special requests. You will receive a detailed offer showing the itinerary, services, final price and booking conditions. Unless otherwise agreed, individual bookings generally require a deposit, with full payment due 60 days before departure. Different conditions may apply to groups or particular services.

Cancellation conditions depend on the individual package, suppliers and the date on which the booking is cancelled. The applicable terms and any cancellation charges are included in your offer and package travel contract. Travellers should review these conditions carefully before confirming their reservation.
