Detailed 14-Day Greek Island Hopping Itinerary

Day 1: Athens
Welcome to Athens! Upon arrival, a transfer will take you from Athens International Airport to your hotel. The rest of the day is free. Stroll through Plaka, photograph ancient Greek and Roman landmarks, browse the local shops and sample Greek specialties. Enjoy your first overnight stay in Athens. (B)

Day 2: Athens
Begin with a guided coach tour of Athens. Visit the Acropolis, the Parthenon and the Erechtheion. Then admire the Panathenaic Stadium, where the first modern Olympic Games were held. You will also see the Temple of Olympian Zeus and the Greek Parliament before visiting the Acropolis Museum. Throughout the tour, the contrast between ancient monuments and modern Athens creates a fascinating picture of the city.

After the tour, the afternoon is free. You may attend a theatre performance or musical, enjoy lunch at an elegant restaurant or choose a traditional souvlaki shop. Overnight in Athens. (B)

Day 3: Athens – Mykonos
In the morning, a private transfer will take you to Piraeus Port, where you will board the ferry to Mykonos. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to Rhenia Bungalows. The rest of the day is free to explore Mykonos Town. Wander among the whitewashed houses, photograph the windmills and look out for the island’s famous pelican. Later, relax at a bar in Little Venice and admire the deep blue Aegean Sea. Overnight in Mykonos. (B)

Day 4: Mykonos
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Mykonos. Explore stylish boutiques offering international fashion, shoes and accessories. Cafes, bars and restaurants remain lively throughout the day, while the island’s music scene ranges from rock and jazz to pop, classical and Greek music. Overnight in Mykonos. (B)

Day 5: Mykonos
Spend another free day enjoying Mykonos, known as the Island of the Winds. We recommend the optional boat trip to Delos, an uninhabited island and one of Greece’s most important archaeological sites. Its ancient ruins and distinctive landscape make it a memorable excursion. Return to Mykonos for your final overnight stay on the island. (B)

Day 6: Mykonos – Naxos
In the morning, we will transfer you to the port to board the ferry to Naxos. Enjoy views of the Aegean Sea during the approximately 30-minute island-hopping journey. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel.
The rest of the day is free. Discover the island, swim in its clear waters and sample Naxian cuisine and local products. Overnight in Naxos. (B)

Day 7: Naxos
Enjoy a full free day in Naxos. Visit the Temple of Apollo overlooking the sea, then explore Chora, the Castle and the Archaeological Museum. Its remarkable collection includes exhibits from the Mycenaean and Geometric periods. Afterwards, swim or try windsurfing until dusk. In the evening, choose a traditional taverna, listen to local music and perhaps join the dancing. Overnight in Naxos. (B)

Day 8: Naxos – Paros
Today, we will transfer you to the port to board the ferry to Paros. The island-hopping journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to enjoy as you please. Follow the narrow streets, admire the picturesque houses, browse elegant boutiques and dine at a seaside restaurant. Overnight in Paros. (B)

Day 9: Paros
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Paros. Visit some of the island’s traditional villages using the local KTEL bus service, or rent a car and explore at your own pace. Overnight in Paros. (B)

Day 10: Paros – Santorini
In the morning, we will transfer you to the port for your final island-hopping journey to Santorini. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is free.

Take a traditional wooden boat to the volcano or explore the streets of Fira. Later, find a scenic viewpoint and watch one of Santorini’s famous sunsets over the caldera and volcano. As night falls, the island becomes even more atmospheric. Overnight in Santorini. (B)

Day 11: Santorini
Enjoy a full day at leisure in Santorini. Visit the ancient site of Akrotiri and the nearby vineyards. Swim at one of the island’s black-sand beaches, stroll through the town and browse its elegant shops. Overnight in Santorini. (B)

Day 12: Santorini
Make the most of your final free day in Santorini. You may see wedding celebrations, as couples travel from around the world to marry against the island’s dramatic scenery. Consider visiting Ancient Thera, the mountaintop city known for its impressive ruins. Wine lovers can also join a Santorini winery tour to taste local wines and purchase a bottle or two for themselves or friends. Relax and recharge during your final night on the island. (B)

Day 13: Santorini – Athens
In the early afternoon, we will transfer you to Santorini Port, where you will board the ferry to Piraeus. Upon arrival, we will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight in Athens. (B)

Day 14: Athens
After breakfast, a private taxi transfer will take you to Athens International Airport. End of services. (B)
